House of HR is an international HR services group active in temporary and permanent staffing, as well as engineering and consulting. At the time of the project, the group consisted of 9 Operational Companies representing 34 specialized brands.
As House of HR transitioned from Belgian GAAP to IFRS, the finance team needed to introduce a new annual report aligned with IFRS requirements. The challenge was to accommodate the group structure while maintaining consistent financial reporting across the organization.
Inulta integrated the annual report template into CCH® Tagetik Collaborative Office and customized it to the House of HR structure. The setup covered the Group and its 9 subdivisions, while also incorporating a German entity and a Belgian entity outside the IFRS scope that still needed to be included for Balance Sheet and P&L reporting.
The project also included the preparation of underlying reports, analysis of data flows and resolution of consolidation data issues during development. Working closely with the House of HR team, Inulta created an environment where the same IFRS annual report could be used for both Group consolidated reporting and the 9 subdivisions.
